Painting and Personalisation

Your playhouse arrives pre-painted, however to properly seal and protect it from the elements we recommend applying a complete exterior paint system as soon as possible, within the first four weeks of installation.

• Dulux 1Step Prep, a water-based primer and sealer for most applications

• A quality outdoor grade paint

Be sure to paint all exposed surfaces including joins, edges, roof slats and screw holes to fully seal the timber and extend its lifespan.

Once sealed, you can personalise it to suit your style using a quality outdoor paint, whether that is fairy lights, flower boxes or a full Hamptons-inspired finish.
